Here at Paladin, we make every effort to help you make
sure your window film is covered by a Limited Lifetime
Warranty. If by a slim chance you do need warranty
work please check your warranty to card for the type of
film you had installed and read below.
* note Suntek (manufacturer) is who actually warrants the
film

To make a claim: Retain your warranty card and your
receipt (proof of purchase). You will need both of these if
you need to make a warranty claim. Call 281-446-1260 to
schedule an appointment. Plan on leaving your vehicle for
an entire day (drop it off the day before the work is to be
done and pick it up the next day by 5pm).
Absolutely no warranty work will be done
without receipt and warranty card and only
if you mailed the bottom portion of the
warranty card in less than 30 days from
date of install.
SunTek warrants professionally sold and installed*
SunTek brand Automotive Window Film, up to the per
vehicle limits set forth below:
InfinityOP Series
SunTek warrants against fading, peeling, cracking,
adhesive failure, demetallization and delamination for as
long as the original customer owns the vehicle.
Carbon Series
SunTek warrants against fading, peeling, cracking,
adhesive failure and delamination for as long as the
original customer owns the vehicle.
High Performance Series
SunTek warrants against peeling, cracking, adhesive
failure, demetallization and delamination for as long as
the original customer owns the vehicle.
If you did not mail in your warranty card within 30 days of
having your vehicle tinted you warranty is void.
